I Like To Mix It Up When I Workout, Because I Absolutely HATE Working Out....so I Like To Keep It Interesting. I Do Tons Of Cardio, Stair Stepper For My Butt, And Core Training For My Core, But My Arms Are Tricky. I Tend To Buff Up Quickly, Which Is Something I Do Not Want, Because Im A Girl And I Don't Want To Be Buffer Than My Guy So...I Was Thinking About Trying Out Some Yoga To Help Slim Down My Arms.
So Can You Replace The Weight Training For Yoga? Everybody I Talk To Says That Weight Training Is Important For Both Guys And Girls, But I Don't Want To Look Stacked..lol. I Mean Isn't Yoga A Form Of Strength Training, The Only Difference Is You Use Your Body Instead Of Weights?
It's Not That I Am "stacked" ..sorry Wrong Word...:) It's Just That I Lost 40 Pounds Recently And My Arms (huge Problem Area) Got Floppy..so That's When I Started Lifting Weights (usually 10 Lbs.) And I Am Not Exactly Getting The "slim" Look I Want More Like A "bulky" Look.
